John Fielding always wanted to work in radio. The first station he worked on was sadly closed down when his bedroom got repainted in 1987, he was 9.
His voice has been heard reading the travel news on various radio stations all over the UK for the past few years as well as his own show too.
He spent five years working for P&O Portsmouth as a chef on the 'Pride of Hampshire' and 'Pride of Le Havre' sailing back and forth to France a few times a day but prefers a level life on dry land now.
He is an Isle Of Wight lad but no longer lives there. He is pretty useful on long journeys as a 'human sat nav' and knows far too much about motorway junctions
