Queen Elizabeth County Park

Queen Elizabeth Country Park: Hampshire’s largest country park with 20 miles of trails for walkers, cyclists and horse riders. 1,400 acres of open access woodland and downland within East Hampshire Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. BBQ sites for hire, cafe for refreshments, gift shop, Tots play trails for 2-7 yr olds. Open daily.

Staunton County Park

Staunton Country Park: 1000 acres of landscaped parkland, the south coast’s largest glasshouses, an ornamental farm (home to pigs, goats, peacocks, llamas and even a shire horse!). Open 10am – 5pm except Christmas day.

Gosport Discovery Centre: Combining the best of traditional libraries with an exciting world of fun, learning and leisure. 4 Floors of books, reference material, art, local history, museum exhibits, film, music and events and even a coffee shop. Conference room and IT learning and Free internet access! Entry is free and open Mon-Fri 9.30am-7pm Sat 9.30am -4.30pm.

Titchfield Haven

Titchfield Haven: Enjoy the natural beauty of this national nature reserve, in rare unspoilt landscape with a network of boardwalks and paths. A visitor centre, open Weds-Sun and Bank Holidays from 9.30-5pm in summer. 369 acres of lower meon valley to explore a variety of wetland habitats containing a wealth of wildlife.

Havant Museum: Telling the story of the Borough of Havant from ancient times to the present day. Displays include glimpse of how people worked and played over the last century, as well as the internationally famous Vokes Collection of Sporting Firearms.
