
So Carl and Hayley have finished their 6 week challenge with David Lloyd - they have been tested on several gender fair tests which include running, rowing and various exercises. Both were allocated personal trainers for the duration to motivate, train and advise them.
Over the period they were assessed to see how they were progressed with the aim to be the best at the end of the 6 weeks including the measurement of body fat and weight.
